For small single-track conferences, we take the worry away from capturing the presentations and speeches on the day so you can focus on everything else. Our videographer will work with you in the lead-up to the day to assess your requirements and plan personnel and equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For full day conferences we recommend a two-camera set up which allows a more interesting variety of shots for a professional result.

Presentation visuals such as slide presentations can be recorded direct from source with our specialised hardware and edited into the video. This results in a much higher-quality output instead of pointing a camera at the screen.

No matter how loud or quiet the speaker, we'll capture every nuance through our dedicated audio equipment. We can provide unobtrusive wireless microphones for presenters to wear, wired microphones for lecterns, or audio hook-ups to the venue's sound system.

Budget

We believe in fair and up-front pricing because we know conference budgeting is hard. As a rough guide, a full-day conference with 6 1-hour talks with our recommended two-camera set up with presentation capture starts from £650 (ex. VAT) for recording and £900 (ex. VAT) for editing the final videos ready to be published.
